How the service works

When you paste a Spotify link, we process it to generate a downloadable file. We do not require an account, and we do not connect to your Spotify account in any way.

Lawful basis

Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process the limited data described below under the lawful basis of legitimate interest — to provide the service and keep it secure. We only collect what is necessary.

What we collect

The only thing you actively share with us is the public Spotify link you paste into the input. We do not ask for your name, email, location or Spotify account details.

Some basic information is collected automatically when you visit:

• IP address. Used to keep the service available and prevent abuse. It is not linked to your downloads.
• Browser and request details. Standard information your browser sends with every web request, used to deliver the page and the file correctly.
• Aggregate usage counts. How many downloads happen overall — used to plan capacity. These are numbers only, with no per-user information.

If you email us through Contact, the email address you write from is naturally visible to us in that thread.

Our hosting provider sees standard web traffic addressed to Spoti.uk.com but does not have special access to what you download. We do not share your data with any analytics or advertising vendor.

Spoti.uk.com is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Your rights
