The fastest way to reach us is by email at [email protected]. We read every message and respond within 1–2 business days, faster on weekdays during European hours.
What to include
A short, specific subject line and a single paragraph describing the issue beat a long thread. If you are reporting a bug, include the Spotify link you tried, the format and bitrate you selected, your browser, and (if you saw one) the error message that appeared in the download card. Screenshots help.
Topics we handle
- Product support. Stuck downloads, missing tags, cover art issues, mobile-specific glitches, format / bitrate questions.
- Account and billing. If you have upgraded for the premium formats and have a billing question, include the email associated with the purchase so we can locate the receipt.
- Bug reports. Reproducible steps, the URL you used, and a rough timestamp let us correlate against server logs.
- Press, partnerships and tooling enquiries. One paragraph describing what you are working on and what you need from us is enough to start the conversation.
Copyright and DMCA notices
For takedown requests under the DMCA, please use the dedicated process described on the DMCA page. Sending the required information up front lets us act on the request quickly. The general support inbox above also accepts DMCA notices, but the DMCA page lists the elements your notice must contain to be valid.
What we cannot help with
We cannot recover files from a previous browser session — downloads are delivered once and not stored. We cannot unlock region-restricted Spotify content; if a track is geo-blocked at the source, the resolver will return the same error you would see on Spotify itself. We cannot share or sell user data — there is none to share (see the Privacy Policy).
